Kordio Builders The team behind the product

Making money movement feel like one system.

Kordio is building the connective layer for money: a programmable core for ledger, reconciliation, hot wallets, and payment rails. The ledger is the first capability and it's live today. We're the team building it, so your team can ship fintech products instead of gluing the money stack together.

Replace the seams. Not just the systems.

Every money product eventually becomes a coordination problem. A ledger, a custody vendor, a bank feed, a handful of rails, and a growing pile of glue code that keeps them roughly in agreement.

We've lived it. Building our own payments product meant coordinating balances across databases, wallets, processors, and settlement partners, with each layer keeping its own version of the truth and a nightly cron trying to referee.

Kordio replaces that web with one programmable core: one operating model for ledger, reconciliation, wallets, and rails, so every movement flows through the same balanced, append-only journal. You describe the intent once. Every downstream system stays in tune.

Three principles we don't compromise on.

01

Every system reads from the same truth.

Ledger, wallets, rails, and reconciliation share one operating model. Balances don't drift because there's nothing to drift between. Certainty is a property of the system, not a nightly job.

02

Pricing is transparent or it's broken.

Money infrastructure shouldn't require a demo call to see the price. Every plan is on the website, starting at $0. Card in, keys out, ship the same afternoon.

03

The engineer moving the money is the customer.

Every decision goes through a single filter: does this make it easier for the team holding the pager at 2am? If not, it doesn't ship.

Three co-founders. One thesis.

We've spent the last decade inside payments and financial infrastructure, coordinating money across systems that were never designed to talk to each other. Kordio is what we wished existed on day one.

Leads product and engineering. Spent years building consumer fintech and payments infrastructure before deciding the coordination layer underneath was the part that needed rebuilding.

Leads go-to-market and developer success. Talks to every customer in the first 90 days. Believes the best product feedback comes from the engineer holding the pager when a rail goes down at 11pm.

Leads infrastructure and protocol work. Lives in the parts of the stack most engineers should never have to touch (settlement, custody, compliance) so the parts they do stay clean.
